• Do adults pay for the Elf Hunt?

    Adults have to pay an admissions price to enjoy the whole Christmas experience, with includes the elf hunt, puppet shows and all of the other activities we have to offer.

  • Are there reductions for the disabled?

    Carers accompanying paying wheelchair users go free on Santa’s Sleigh Ride.

  • Are the tickets refundable?

    The tickets are non-refundable. Please note tickets can be changed in certain cirumstances, subject to availabilty.



  • How long does Santa’s Sleigh Ride take?

    The experience lasts about 20 minutes.

  • What happens if it rains?

    We operate in all weathers. The tractor sleigh-hay wagon is covered, as is the queue line. You are advised to wear warm and, if appropriate, waterproof clothing and footwear.

  • Can I take photographs?

    We encourage photos to be taken around the Family Christmas Event, except inside Santa's Log Cabin, where we have professional photography with many different ways to buy your family photo as you finish your Sleigh Ride.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    No, only guide dogs are permitted in the Christmas areas, Farm Shop and Tea Room.

  • Can wheelchair users go on Santa’s Sleigh Ride?

    For health and safety reasons it is regrettable that we are only able to accommodate children in wheelchairs, for more information please contact the office on 01342 718472.

  • What age is a child or adult?

    Our ticketing is arranged thus.

    Adult :  14 years old and above

    Child : 1 years old to 13 years old

    Tiddler : Babes in arms not yet 1 year old
