Ticketing

Tulleys Family Christmas Event is now closed for 2011.

Does the Christmas experience have an admission charge?

No. It is free for visitors to shop, watch the Carol Singin' Chicken show, visit the Christmas Shop and take in the atmosphere.
We charge for all visitors wishing to take Santa's Sleigh Ride, all children participating in the 'Elf Hunt' and children aged 3 years to 13 years entering the Christmas Barn.

Do I book ahead or pay on the day?

Ticketing is under review for 2011

Can the Sleigh Ride tickets be used at any time of the day?

No. If you book online you select a time and date for which to book tickets.  Alternatively, when you book your tickets at the kiosk in person, you will be booking for the next available time slot during that day. Please arrive at the sleigh ride station at least 10 minutes before your allotted departure time. If you miss your booked time slot, you will be asked to wait for the next ride on which there are spaces free.  On very busy days, there may not be any further spaces available.

Is it a real Sleigh Ride

This is a sleigh ride farmer style! The ride is on a tractor-driven hay wagon with bench seating, a canopy in case of inclement weather and a friendy elf to make sure all are safe and entertain you on the way.

Do adults pay for the Sleigh ride?

Yes. Everyone taking Santa's Sleigh Ride needs a ticket. Children must be accompanied. The Santa experience is magical for all ages, but we do not give out presents to adults, which is why the ticket price for over 14s is cheaper.

Do adults pay for the Elf Hunt?

No. Only children taking part in the hunt need to pay for a score sheet. But that doesn't stop you joining in the fun, just remember to let the kids find a few!

Are discount vouchers available?

If you join Tulleys email mailing list you will receive a discount coupon as part of your welcome email. Existing members will automatically be sent a Christmas email with the coupons and offers available for the Christmas season.

Are group discounts available?

There are some group discounts available for schools and associations; please call 01342 718472

Are there reductions for the disabled?

Carers accompanying paying wheelchair users go free on Santa's Sleigh Ride.
