Additional Needs Visitors

Visitors with the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket mirroring the full price purchased ticket. Documentation must be sent prior to arriving for the team to book your ticket.

Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance Award Letter (Dated within last 6 months)

Personal Independence Payment Letter (Dated within the last 6 months)

Current and Valid Blue badge

A Headed Letter from GP or Consultant (Dated within the Last 6 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.

Visitors will need to purchases tickets for everyone in the party except for the carer. Once booked, please email info@tulleysfarm.com with the booking reference number so the carer can be added to the booking.
