Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. Due to limited numbers on our sleigh ride, these will need to be booked prior to your visit. Please book for everyone else in your party, once you have received our Booking reference number via email, you will need to send your documentation to [email protected] along with your booking details and we will add a carer ticket to your booking.

Accepted Documentation

  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
  • A Headed Letter from GP or Consultant (Dated within the Last 6 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.
  • A valid Blue Badge

A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. If more than one carer’s ticket is required, a letter from a GP or consultant is needed stating the number of carers required.

The virtual queuing system we have in place is to help guests who require extra assistance or are unable to queue due to a condition or disability. This allows them access to our attractions via a virtual queuing system for themselves and one other (must be age 14+).

Please be aware due to the nature of the event, virtual queuing is not applicable to all attractions and some queuing will still be required.

Helpers may only use the virtual queing system when accompanying the disabled guest.

To obtain your virtual queuing pass, please come to the visitior serves kiosk when you arrive, with your valid documentation.

Yes. Prices vary depending on which date you attend and for adults or children. Please visit our prices page for more info.

The time slot you have booked refers to your sleigh ride time. Please arrive at the sleigh ride station 10 minutes before this time. Because of the tight time schedule and the other families on the sleigh ride, we cannot delay the sleigh at all. As many slots sell out, it may not be possible to reschedule your sleigh ride if you are late.

You are welcome to arrive on site as early as 8:45am when we open to start taking part in the other activities.
